Application Form for Ms Wheelchair Iowa

The woman selected Ms Wheelchair Iowa is a spokesperson, able to communicate to those with and without disabilities. She uses her title to open doors and speak to those who may not normally listen.

You can be a part of Ms Wheelchair Iowa! We are currently seeking women to represent Iowa in the national competition.

Contestants must meet the following criteria:
- U.S. Citizen between the ages of 21 and 60
- Must utilize a wheelchair for 100% daily community mobility
- Marital status is not a consideration
- A $50.00 entry fee is required. This entry fee is to be paid by the contestants sponsor(s): an organization, company, club, etc.

Contestants are judged on their accomplishments, communication skills, self perception
and projection in the following competitions:

Personal Interviews
Individual Interviews
Platform Speech Presentations
