31st Annual Pageant

Iowa was the host in 2003

Iowa had the honor of hosting the 31st annual Ms. Wheelchair America Pageant for 2004.

Join Ms. Wheelchair America as we celebrate our 31st anniversary. A program that was started to promote the achievements and accomplishments of women in wheelchairs between the ages of 21 and 60.

The Ms. Wheelchair America program seeks women who enjoy speaking to groups and traveling. A primary duty for Ms. Wheelchair America is to speak with the President of the United States and other policy makers to heighten awareness regarding disability issues. In addition, she will travel the country for public appearances in schools, hospitals, and civic organizations.

Ms. Wheelchair America Pageant is seeking corporate sponsors and businesses to help make pageants in the coming years, events to remember.

With Iowa being the Heartland of America, this national program brought visitors from all over the country to share Iowa's land. Iowa had more than fields in July 2003, Iowa hosted "Wheels of Dreams" for women in wheelchairs.
