More about Debra Charles
I'm 49 and a mother of three sons. I live alone with
the help of my service dog Ozzie.
I've been disabled for 10 years, come July 2005. I had a
stroke at 39, and got MS at 42.
I do all kinds of volunteer work: Church, community,
seniors, and local food pantry. I also promote the rights of the
disabled. I convinced our local supermarket, including the rest of the
chain, to add more signs on parking lots, so that others don't park
in the marked areas. I live in Kutztown, Pennsylvania.
