Not only does she write inspirational articles providing hope and encouragement, but she also has five very good pointers to try out to improve living quality. They can be found on her website under Rosemarie's lessons to live by. They are:

  1. Do something new every day
  2. Focus on a hopeful future, not self-pity
  3. Believe that the impossible might just be possible
  4. Allow more time to get things done and be patient with yourself
  5. To lower your stress, lower your expectations of other people

For much more information and a gallery of photos, visit Rosemarie's website.
