Elaine Stefanowicz - Ms. Wheelchair America 1997 - was crowned in Warm Springs, Georgia in September.
Elaine is living in Washington State. She
has a 5 year old son, who just started kindergarten. She is a single mom. She is working part-time, and
went to school full-time to get her master's degree. She studied in
Human Resources at Chapman University and graduate in January 2005.
Her life is busy and her experiences as Ms. Wheelchair America 1997 will never be forgotten.
